Aruba autorities meet with Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Line.

ORANJESTAD – Aruba tourism authorities met with cruise ship giants Royal Caribbean and Carnival Cruise Lines. Aruba ministers Dangui Oduber and Chris Romero lead the Aruba delegation together with together with ATA CEO Ronella Tjin Asjoe. The visit had the objective to analyze 2017, but primarily informe of the upcoming projects and inform of new developments regarding the Aruba port. According to the information provided, it is said that Aruba cruise ship tourism projects a 16% increase for 2017 and another 7% for 2018. Carnival Cruise lines projects 185.000 tourists for 2017 and the same for 2018, while Royal Caribbean projects 195.000 passengers for 2017 and 210.000 for 2018.
